About the Job
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Talent Acquisition Assistant to support our growing recruitment team. This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process while delivering an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.
The Talent Acquisition Assistant will report to the Operations Manager and support full-cycle recruitment activities, coordination, and HR administrative functions.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Conduct initial screening calls and shortlist qualified candidates
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain recruitment trackers and update applicant databases
- Prepare offer letters and assist with onboarding documentation
- Ensure all joining and exit formalities are completed properly
- Maintain employee records and ensure documentation accuracy
- Support employee engagement activities when needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Must be able to work 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office and recruitment tools
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
