About the Job

The Sales Representative is responsible for prospecting, identifying, and generating new opportunities via phone, email, and social networks.  Under this role, he/she will be responsible for the sales of Cyzerg’s software products and effectively building and managing a sales pipeline. 

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively prospect, identify, and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking to build a robust pipeline of targeted prospects.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: from prospecting and initial outreach to conducting product or service demos, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
  • Adopt a consultative sales approach, engaging with multiple stakeholders to uncover needs, build trust, and present tailored SaaS and IT services solutions.
  • Develop and maintain “trusted advisor” relationships with prospects and clients to foster long-term engagement and satisfaction with Cyzerg’s SaaS and IT services offerings.
  • Execute outbound sales activities including cold calls, emails, social selling, and virtual product/service demonstrations.
  • Consistently exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Cyzerg’s existing customer base, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities across SaaS and IT services.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in B2B high-tech sales, with a focus on SaaS and/or IT services.
  • Availability to work full-time from 8 AM to 5 PM US Eastern Time.
  • Strong executive presence and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
  • Highly organized with strong prioritization, time management, and follow-through skills.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly understand client needs and recommend effective solutions.
  • Open to coaching and continuous improvement, with a positive attitude and the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
