About the Job
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Inside Sales Associate to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are interested in building a career in technology sales.
You will support the sales and engineering teams in preparing quotes, coordinating customer requirements, and assisting in closing deals for US-based clients.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare hardware and/or software quotes for customers and the sales team in a timely manner.
- Prepare proposals with the support of the engineering & sales executive team in a timely manner.
- Collaborate and follow up with the engineering team to validate customers’ hardware and software requirements.
- Collect information from sales and procurement teams to prepare quotes, proposals, and other sales-related requests.
- Interface and collaborate with the sales & executive teams to plan and prioritize quotes and proposals.
- Follow up with customers via phone and/or email when requested by the sales executive(s).
- Support sales executives with any additional help that they might need to expedite and facilitate sales.
Requirements:
- 0–1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or any client-facing role (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Confident speaking with clients via phone or video calls
- Willing to work US Eastern time (8 AM – 5 PM EST)
- Willing to relocate to Clark, Pampanga (relocation benefit provided)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
- Willing to relocate in Clark, Pampanga – A must!!
